Erik and Sophie are the founders of Legal Crew.

With each over 15 years of experience in the legal sector, working as legal counsels, (senior) legal advisors and team coordinator, we have a deep understanding of how legal issues arise and are managed within both the corporate sector and (semi-)public organisations.

Erik is highly analytical, exceptionally precise and quick to grasp complex matters. He enjoys working through intricate cases and delivers clear, well-founded solutions that enable clients to move forward with confidence.

Sophie combines strategic insight with a hands-on approach. She is sharp, pragmatic and proactive in her thinking. Her style is focused and results-driven, always with an eye for both the organisation and the people within it.
